About Us

Our Approach

At New Moon Nutrition and Wellness, we are dedicated to embracing each individual as a whole person, recognizing their unique needs and fostering strong, trusting relationships. Our mission is rooted in collaboration, education, and empowerment, guiding our clients on a transformative journey towards long-term health and wellbeing – encompassing physical, mental, and emotional aspects. Embracing a body-positive, non-diet, weight-neutral philosophy, we focus on behavioral change as the catalyst for enduring health. Our approach, grounded in evidence-based knowledge and guided by Health At Every Size and Intuitive Eating principles, facilitates the recovery from various health conditions while nurturing a positive relationship with food. We believe that peace with food and one’s body opens the gateway to a healthful, purposeful, and  meaningful life aligned
with personal values. These principles guide our work whether we’re supporting individual clients or partnering with organizations to build cultures that prioritize employee wellbeing and vitality. At New Moon Nutrition and Wellness, we embody the wisdom of gradualness and deliberation, recognizing that true transformation is a journey of self-birth. ‘A new moon teaches gradualness and deliberation and how one gives birth to oneself slowly’ – Rumi.
