YOGA AND MEDITATION
 Through movement and breathwork, we help clients reconnect with themselves and refocus their mindset. We work thoughtfully to help you listen to your body and what it truly needs in a safe and kind environment.
 
INDIVIDUAL LESSONS
 We offer one on one and small group lessons, personalized to your needs. Before our first session, you will answer some questions to help tailor the lesson to your specific needs. Sessions can be held at the client’s home or virtually.
 
GROUP LESSONS
 Our group classes are geared towards group wellness and offices. We offer a variety of classes based on specific needs. Don’t see an option that fits your needs? Reach out and we can work on creating an experience based on your preferences. Group lessons can be held at a location of the client’s choosing, a local park, or virtually.
 
CORPORATE WELLNESS
